Refund and Returns Policy

At Smokeneck Baits, every bait is hand-poured and inspected before shipment. Because soft plastics and fishing tackle can be damaged, altered, or used after delivery, we currently do not accept returns on used or opened products.

Hand-Poured Product Notice

Smokeneck Baits products are hand-poured in small batches. Minor cosmetic variations can naturally occur during the manufacturing process and are part of handcrafted bait production. Small surface imperfections, light dents, or minimal bubbles may occasionally be present and are considered acceptable if they do not affect the bait’s appearance, durability, or fish-catching performance.

Every bait is inspected before shipment, and significant defects or damaged products will not be intentionally sent.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description

We will work with you to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Lost Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside our control. However, if your package appears lost, contact us and we will help investigate.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
